Daily Activities
Daily activities are services that assist with and/or supervise personal tasks of daily life. Daily living supports a participant to live as independently as possible at home, and in the community. Depending on a person’s goals and needs, this part of the NDIS plan may cover assistance with or supervision of daily living activities.
Goals of Daily Activities are to:

Assistance With Personal Care

Preparation & Delivery of Meals
Preparation and delivery of meals provide prepared and delivered food on a weekly basis for participants who are unable to prepare and deliver meals themselves as a result of their disability.

Short-Term Accommodation (Respite)
Short-term accommodation is the integration of self-care support, accommodation, food and activities in a centre or group residence for short periods. Short-term accommodation provides overnight respite for participants and carers in an environment where participants can build independent living skills and participate in group activities and outings.
