Australian Disability Enterprise’s (ADEs) provide supported employment with a productivity-based wage as well as offering flexible working arrangements to suit participant’s needs through on-the-job support and training with support workers present. ADEs also offer similar working conditions as other employers and an opportunity for people with a disability to contribute and connect to their local community. ADE's provide:

Access Industries provides supported employment in a purpose built state of the art facility in Lithgow to provide commercial laundry and linen services to 4.5 to 6 star hotels, motels and resorts from the lower Blue Mountains, Katoomba, Lithgow and Wolgan Valley. Access offers a Laundry Hire and Cleaning Service including bed sheeting, towelling and table linen

Dare Disability Services Supported Employment
DARE Disability conducts supported employment in a Grounds and Maintenance Team; Packing and Assembly Team as well as Woodwork Team. They provide personalised training to support NDIS participants achieve outcomes across a range of employment goals and lifestyle decisions.

Flourish Maintenance St Marys
Flourish Australia provides supported employment in property maintenance, lawn mowing and commercial cleaning. They offer one-on-one support from peer and mental health workers who attend onsite recovery groups that cover a range of vocational and life skills.

Bedford has a state-of-the-art facility in Erskine Park that offers supported employment in packaging, logistics and warehousing. Bedford provides people with disabilities the opportunity to work with global food and pharmaceutical brands in cleanroom and kitchen facilities as well as local cafes and cafe cart services.
