Individualised Social & Community Participation
(Support Workers)
Individualised Social and Community Participation is the provision of 1:1 support through the provision of qualified support workers, carers and/or mentors to work independently with participants to access the community and engage in social and recreational activities. This includes:

Assistance getting to and from appointments

Assistance with shopping

Assistance with paying bills

Participation in recreational and leisure activities

Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests. Hireup provides a range of support, from in-home personal care to support out and about in the community. including
Homecare Heroes
Homecare Heroes provides care and general support as well as helping with transportation, companionship for events, errands and attending appointments, assistance with cooking and cleaning. They provide the following supports:
